Franchise Operations Support Coordinator
to help power the engine behind 40+ Just Like Family Home Care locations across Canada.
In this role, you'll act as a
critical back-office admin and scheduling support
, working alongside our national team and directly supporting franchise partners, caregivers, and (at times) clients. You are the ultimate connector -- making sure the right caregiver gets to the right client, with the right paperwork, at the right time.
What You'll Do:
Scheduling Support & Troubleshooting
: Assist with caregiver scheduling, shift changes, filling last-minute openings, and verifying completed visits using AxisCare.
Communication Hub
: Be the friendly point of contact -- helping align schedules, follow up on missing care notes, or respond to general inquiries.
Caregiver Compliance Support
: Track caregiver onboarding documents and send weekly reminders for expirations.
Administrative Coordination
: Update client and caregiver attributes in AxisCare, log all phone calls and communications, and keep daily call reports up to date for franchise review.
System Management
: Monitor AxisCare for call-ins, chat updates, and documentation needs -- ensuring real-time coordination with the Operations Lead.
Client & Caregiver Matchmaking
: Use client care plan notes (provided by Franchise Partner) to match appropriate caregivers based on availability, skills, and preferences.
Shift & Documentation Verification
: Assist with verifying caregiver clock-in/outs and shift completion for payroll processing -- no payroll or invoicing required.
Support During High Volume
: Jump in where needed during peak scheduling periods or high call volumes.
