You'll sit at the nerve centre of the business: translating big?picture goals into colour?coded action plans, polishing processes until they sparkle, and making sure every project lands on time, on budget, and on brand. If seamless client journeys, KPI dashboards, and a dash of automation magic make your heart race, we'd love to meet you.
Important: This is a part?time, as?needed role. Hours may range from zero in a quiet week to 25-30?during peak seasons (post?holiday, move?in rush, back?to?school, etc.). Perfect for a freelancer or flexible worker who can scale up or down with 24-48?hours' notice.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
Collaborate with owners/stakeholders to define vision, scope, and success metrics.
Build roadmaps with milestones, timelines, and resource budgets.
Establish and refine workflows, documentation, and communication cadences.
Prioritise tasks; track progress against KPIs and budget.
Flag risks early and take decisive action to keep projects on track.
Review deliverables for quality before hand?off.
Produce concise status reports highlighting wins, blockers, and next steps.
Team Collaboration
Balance team capacity, assigning work to match skills and deadlines.
Lead stand?ups, planning sessions, trainings and retrospectives.
Remove roadblocks and foster open communication.
Coordinate schedules, submit payroll, and handle basic HR admin (interview, onboard, offboard).
Client Experience
Serve as primary liaison from first call through project close?out.
Craft a seamless journey, setting expectations, answering questions, delighting at every touchpoint.
Manage contracts, invoices, and payment tracking accurately and professionally.
Provide proactive updates that build trust and confidence.
Systems & Process Excellence
Audit current workflows and tech stack; surface efficiency opportunities.
Create, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Champion automation/AI tools to eliminate repetitive tasks.
Oversee funnels, launches, and daily system maintenance; recommend improvements.
Handle light bookkeeping and reconcile accounts as needed.
