ABOUT THE JOB Are you a people-friendly person and looking to join a dynamic, flexible, and fun work environment? We are seeking a Live Chat Agent to join our team, a holding company operating direct-to-consumer e-commerce in Canada. We own 3 successful brands and have fulfilled over 50 000 orders in Canada in the last 2 years alone. We are currently looking for bright talents to help fuel our growth and scale our brands (and our future ones) across North America and the rest of the world. The Live Chat Agent\xe2\x80\x99s job is to answer client inquiries through various channels with excellent communication skills, provide client support in a friendly and professional manner, as well as handle all other customer service related tasks and responsibilities. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, live chat and emails
- Identify clients\' needs and provide best recommendations accordingly
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Manage customer complaints and ensure follow-up
- Ensure clientele\'s satisfaction through quality customer service in all phases (pre and post-purchase)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma (DES) and / or any other relevant diploma for this position
- Previous experience in sales (an asset)
- Have your personal laptop computer
- Ability to build rapport with clients, positive attitude and good listening skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time
- Great team spirit, resourcefulness and autonomy
