About the position

Tier 2 Customer Support; Bilingual (French-English)

Sunday - Thursday, 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000

What youll do For applicants and customers, youll be the face of VidCruiter. Were looking for service champions with a knack for problem-solving to fix problems and help improve our processes.
While no two days may be the same, other responsibilities include:

• Operate as the lead point of contact for all customer service matters specific to clients and applicants.
• Answer clients\' and applicants\' requests in our online live chat portal, emails, and phone calls.
• Analyze and resolve problems including service disruption, configuration issues and integration errors
• Work in collaboration with internal teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services meet customers business technology needs.
• Communicate account problems with appropriate departments, including but not limited to Implementation and Client Success
• Keep customer information and contact activity current in the CRM system.

What were looking for

• College degree or a minimum of two years of professional experience working with clients
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Gmail, and general computing
• High level of diplomacy, sound judgment, and discretion when dealing with clients.
• Previous chat service or software job experience is a plus, but not required.
• Able to perform work from the office (Moncton, NB)
• Ability to obtain a Reliability Security Clearance
• Bilingual (English/French).
