About the role:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Tank Traders, you'll be working full-time at our Head Office in La Salle, MB, where you'll be the welcoming face of our company. In this role, you'll provide outstanding customer service in both English and French, helping our customers with a range of inquiries and ensuring smooth communication. If you're someone who loves connecting with people, problem-solving, and staying organized, this role is for you!

Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative:

• Welcome visitors and provide assistance as needed
• Handle inbound phone calls and emails in both English and French, identifying and acting on customer needs
• Assist customers with propane tank orders, providing accurate and timely information
• Collaborate with the Logistics team to keep track of retailer orders
• Screen and forward incoming calls and emails to the relevant departments
• Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries, and sort daily mail
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment
• Perform other general office and administrative duties as needed

Job Requirements:

• Fully bilingual in English and French - switching between the languages with ease.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
