Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair residential and/or commercial oil burners and related heating systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and adjustments to ensure optimal performance. Replace worn or defective parts using appropriate tools and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients.
Qualifications
Valid Oil Burner Mechanic certification or 3rd year apprentice Proven experience in oil burner installation, maintenance, and repair. Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and clean driving record is preferred but not required . Knowledge of energy efficiency best practices. Strong customer service and communication skills. On Call Rotation Required
