Your duties :

We are looking for an OHS Coordinator for a manufacturing workshop located in Laval. Position 40 hours/week.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks

- Review and update the prevention plan, policy and procedures
- Be a real advisor regarding prevention and safety in the workplace with the workers
- Update and create training plans for OHS procedures
- Conduct investigations involving accident stakeholders
- Maintain and ensure compliance of accident reports
- Ensure the condition and availability of PPE and the proper renewal of necessary certificates
- Other related tasks in relation to the position

We are looking for an organized and adaptable person. Our ideal candidate is observant, able to synthesize and organize. He/she knows how to bring his/her ideas with tact and diplomacy.

Your profile :

- 2 to 5 years experience in OHS consulting on a production site
- Bilingual French/English
- University degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related certificate
- Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
- Salary: $65k - $75k depending on experience + bonus
- Full insurance, RRSP, paid vacations negotiable according to experience.
