Job Description

Position: HR Business Partner
Location: Ottawa East, ON (Hybrid)
Salary: $60,000 to $80,000/annually (based on experience) + attractive benefits package (RRSP matching, clothing allowance, tire discounts, family activities and 3 weeks of vacation)

Our client is searching for an HR Business Partner to join their team.
Responsibilities:

- Analyze recruitment needs in conjunction with the Regional Director of Operations
- Participate in the talent acquisition process by conducting telephone and in-person interviews from time to time in collaboration with the recruitment team
- Provide support to warehouse managers in terms of personnel management, annual evaluation process and labour relations
- Participate in the implementation of various OHS policies and procedures in collaboration with the OHS Coordinator
- Carry out the treatment and complete the documentation related to work accidents
- Conduct disciplinary meetings and draft disciplinary notices and miscellaneous letters

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in human resource management, Industrial Relations, or other relevant program of study
- Good knowledge of labour law and OHS labour standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of autonomy
- Proficiency in the Office suite and the Microsoft 365 environment
- Willingness to travel to other office locations on a monthly basis
- Collaborative team spirit
