We're a busy contracting company heading into our year end and looking for some extra help in the office. This role starts part-time, with the possibility of becoming full-time or permanent depending on workload.

About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, organized Office Support Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly. If you enjoy paperwork, staying organized, and supporting a small team, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

Keep digital and physical files organized Help with simple accounts payable tasks (invoice matching, basic data entry) Update spreadsheets and maintain records Scan and upload documents to OneDrive Light tidying around shared office spaces Provide general support to office staff
What You Bring

Good organization and time-management skills Comfort with computers and digital files Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently Able to lift light items (up to 20 lbs) Microsoft Office experience is an asset QuickBooks Online experience is an asset

Expected start: January 5, 2026 Contract length: 6 months (with potential to extend) Work location: In office
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
