Job Overview


This position will focus primarily on

Accounts Receivable

to start. You'll handle processing customer credits, payment posting, reconciliations between software's, and customer account follow-up. Once you're comfortable in that role, you'll be cross-trained on

Accounts Payable

as a backup, working alongside our existing payables team member. You'll also handle general office support and occasional one-off tasks that come up in a busy shop environment. If you're organized, steady under pressure, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done right, you'll fit in perfectly here.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:



Process and post daily customer payments and deposits Manage and reconcile customer accounts Prepare and send customer credits and statements Learn invoicing to be able to process Handle AR follow-ups and communicate with customers as needed Support data entry and maintain accurate records Perform general clerical duties -- scanning, filing, and organizing paperwork Provide occasional coverage or support in Accounts Payable when required Assist with office admin tasks and process improvements as needed

What You Bring:



5+ years

of full-cycle QuickBooks Desktop experience (recent versions preferred) Strong knowledge of

Accounts Receivable

processes

3+ years

in A/P and A/R combined (A/R focus preferred) Experience with large inventories -- ideally in heavy truck parts or related industry High accuracy and attention to detail (if numbers off by a penny bother you, you'll fit right in) Proactive, dependable, and not afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements Friendly but professional demeanor -- works well both independently and as part of a team Experience with AutoPoint / Amador is an asset but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
