Description
AppleOne is hiring for a reliable and experienced Office Manager / Plant Administrator for a client in Grimsby, ON. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll be the key support for our operations, ensuring the office and plant run smoothly.
$25-29/hr (based on experience, flexible)
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hrs/week, 30 min lunch)
What You'll Do:
-Enter and process work orders, receive and distribute mail/packages
-Type reports and documents for the Owner
-Arrange freight and hire trucks for shipments, including occasional US exports and tariff items
-Maintain files, gather documents, and generate reports
-Input information into our ERP system (JobBOSS-experience with any ERP is transferable)
- Manage light office upkeep (conference room, kitchen, occasional dishwashing)
- Handle minimal customer communication (mostly via email)
What We're Looking For:
- 3-4 years' experience in manufacturing or plant administration
- Familiarity with exports and shipment coordination
- ERP experience (SAP, JobBOSS, or similar)
- Knowledge of ISO processes is an asset
- Able to work independently, take ownership, and problem-solve
- Comfortable in a casual, easy-going environment (must be okay with dogs)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
