Crush Construction is a growing company in the concrete and construction industry, specializing in concrete forming, pumping, and foundation work as well as bin rentals, an a transfer station. We're looking for a highly organized, bilingual
Office Manager
to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination.
Manage invoicing, billing, and payments using
QuickBooks
.
Provide excellent
customer service
-- answer calls, emails, and assist clients in both English and French.
Support management with scheduling, document preparation, and record keeping.
Maintain accurate financial and job records.
Assist with HR and onboarding paperwork when needed.
Requirements:
Fully
bilingual (English/French)
- written and spoken.
Experience with QuickBooks
and invoicing is required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Previous experience in an office management or administrative role.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset.
