Responsibilities will include:
1) maintaining financial records (general bookkeeping)
2) payroll & employee file management
3) assisting with project administrative tasks
4) managing office supplies
5) general reception duties
QuickBooks Desktop experience and construction/trade experience would be considered an asset, but are not required.
Hours are somewhat flexible. Wage will be dependent on experience.
