We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills and a solid background in administrative functions. This role requires excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively. The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring that office procedures run smoothly and efficiently while supporting the team in achieving their goals.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily office activities, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Oversee human resources functions, including payroll processing, employee onboarding, and staff training & development.
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks and ensure timely financial reporting.
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management to keep the office organized.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize service delivery.
Utilize multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and facilitate effective communication within the office.
Assist in budgeting processes, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports as needed.
Foster a positive team environment through effective team management and support.
Skills
Proven supervising experience with a focus on team management.
Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management.
Strong front desk experience with excellent phone etiquette.
Background in human resources, payroll processing, and administrative functions.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication skills to interact with staff, vendors, and clients professionally.
Experience in filing systems and maintaining accurate records.
Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively while ensuring service quality.
