Job Description

We do finishing carpentry for new construction in Edmonton and area. We work for major volume builder.

We are looking for an office administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks at once. Having experience in the construction industry is an asset and being proficient in quickbooks is necessary . The new administrator will be responsible for service appointments, communicating with customers, employees timesheets and providing technical support when needed. Candidate having knowledge with health and safety procedure is a benefit. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career in an established business.

Responsibilities:

Help oversee all operations Provide customer service to clients. Help with safety report/meetings Schedule and coordinate jobs and services for clients. Reviewing employees hours daily and for payroll Looking over invoicing and purchase orders Maintain accurate records of services provided.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
