We are a plumbing and HVAC company with a home-based office, looking for someone to help out with simple day-to-day tasks. This position is for someone who is dependable, willing to help wherever needed, and able to follow directions. No prior office experience is required. Must have reliable transportation as there is no local transit available.
Part-time position with flexible hours and days that may change based on company needs.
Duties
Help with small tasks such as organizing, filing, and tidying.
Make phone calls or send short emails when asked.
Assist with simple computer work or data entry.
Look up basic information or contact people when needed.
Be available to help with various tasks as they arise.
Skills
Reliable and punctual.
Willing to learn and take direction.
Able to take initiative and work independently when needed.
Comfortable using a phone and computer for basic tasks.
Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
Honest, polite, and professional.
