Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Aide to support our administrative team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, with experience in office operations, data entry, and multi-line phone systems. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient office functions in a professional environment, providing essential support across various administrative tasks.

Duties



Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff and clients Support bookkeeping and basic financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks and other accounting tools Proofread correspondence, forms, and reports for accuracy and clarity Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email and directing calls appropriately Support administrative functions such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing office supplies Perform clerical duties including typing, document preparation, and maintaining office cleanliness

Skills



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt to various office technologies Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and filing tasks Effective communication skills including phone etiquette and customer service experience Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Clerical experience in an office setting preferred; medical or dental office experience is a plus Knowledge of front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and administrative procedures Strong proofreading skills for documents and correspondence Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$26.92 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week

Work Location: In person
