We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is crucial in maintaining a welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Duties
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, including maintaining patient records and updating files.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
Provide customer support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and clinic
Collaborate with medical team for seamless operations within the office.
Help with restraining and holding patients occasionally
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Experience required on veterinary offices or veterinary assistant technician curse.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
