You are someone with an interest in the digital marketing industry, you have strong project management skills, and you are excited about the opportunity to help shape the digital campaigns of one of Canada's leading retailers. As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you assist the Digital Marketing Manager with all aspects of the digital marketing campaigns including web and content builds, contest builds, email set up, product management and integration into social media. You are responsible for coordinating the content that will be included in the website and make sure the content is unique and effective.Attention to detail are imperative.Duties:Asset Coordination: Coordinate the collection and delivery of all digital project content such as product images, project creative, Content, Links to each page, Social media links and Links to other portals.
Responsible for all content's update on Amazon, Ebay and other portals.
Timeline tracking: Assist in creating project work backs with key milestones, manage updates to works backs and follow ups with key stakeholders on action items and red flags in weekly meetings and emails
Results Tracking: Create and deliver all tracking links for each digital project to ensure we can track traffic from owned and paid online channels
Testing: Assist with User experience testing on web, mobile and flash ad experiences to ensure functionality, copy, creative, and links are working properly before going live
Analytics: Pull analytics for campaign tracking/optimization and post mortemSkills, Knowledge:Skills:This position requires a strong team player that is committed to business results and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and interfacing with all levels within an organization.
