Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Duties



Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries Answer and direct calls using a phone system, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Handle bookkeeping duties as needed, including basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office workflow Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance in a professional manner. Schedule repair and maintenance jobs for mechanics in the workshop. Prepare and issue invoices for completed jobs and services. Create and manage repair orders accurately and efficiently. Order required parts and materials for ongoing and upcoming repair works. Maintain and organize all necessary paperwork and documentation. Perform data entry tasks related to customer records, inventory, and billing. Provide support to technicians in the shop to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs.

Skills



Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Basic computer skills with experience in data entry and clerical tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 50 per week

Work Location: In person
