Join our Team as an Office Assistant in the Automotive Industry!
Carson Automotive Group is seeking a full time, entry level Office Assistant to join our Victoria Head Office. The role will have a primary focus on assisting with warranty administration for our group of automotive dealerships. Secondarily, this position will provide support to our various administrative teams within the office.
What You'll Assist with:
Prepare and submit warranty claims to manufacturers
Tracks, appeals and resubmits claims to ensure timely payment
Maintain complete and accurate records and reconciling claims
Extended warranty registrations
Vehicle inventory maintenance
Database maintenance for sold products
General office assistance and office tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 1 year general office assistance
Ability to multitask and enjoys doing a variety of tasks
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus, but not required
