Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Admin/Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a friendly demeanor. This position requires multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to office management.

Duties



Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in filing and maintaining records. Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks as needed. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Provide clerical support including typing documents, proofreading materials, and organizing files. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required. Support customer service initiatives by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.

Requirements



Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus; experience in bookkeeping is desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents. Bilingual candidates are preferred to cater to a diverse clientele. Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is advantageous. Demonstrated customer support skills with a focus on providing exceptional service. Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor. Pay: $17.31-$19.00 per hour
