Job Description

Responsibilities:

Process invoices, payments, and deposits made into Quickbooks Receive payments on and check out customer orders Clean front end Oversee and manage all administrative tasks in the office Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required Coordinate and schedule bookings Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and provide front end retail customer service Coordinate and schedule bookings Manage customer questions Print and handle customer cut sheets Maintain front end retail stock
Qualifications:
- Experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in using QuickBooks for financial management tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
