Position:
Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk (On Call/Casual)
We are looking for a
proactive, organized, and friendly Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk staff
to help us deliver exceptional client care and support the growth of our clinics. We are hiring for both our
Surrey City Centre
(across from Surrey Memorial Hospital) and
Sullivan
locations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment for clients, takes ownership of daily operations, and actively supports the clinic's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily clinic operations, including opening and closing duties.
Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism.
Answer calls, emails, and handle appointment scheduling.
Reconcile daily payments and manage accounts receivables.
Process payments and insurance claims (training provided).
Maintain accurate records using
Jane App
(training provided).
Support clinic growth by recommending services and assisting with promotions.
Requirements
Fluent in English and Hindi
(mandatory).
At least
2 years of customer service or front desk experience
(preferably in a health or wellness setting).
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle responsibilities confidently.
Basic accounting or payment reconciliation knowledge is an asset.
Sales or client engagement experience is a strong advantage.
