Office Administrator/Receptionist required for Massage Therapy, Acupuncture & Osteopathy Clinic.
The applicant must be able to communicate professionally and warmly with clients to ensure they feel welcome upon entering the office. Exceptional phone etiquette and efficient email communication are essential. Greeting clients, checking them in, and helping them feel comfortable or informed while they wait is a key part of this role.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn quickly are required. The applicant must be confident using our online booking system, Google docs/sheets, submitting health care claims through provider websites, answering calls and booking appointments over the phone, strong email communication, organizational skills, and managing client flow according to the schedule. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. Light cleaning duties are also included.
