Kelly Richard Accounting & Consulting is looking to add a front desk receptionist/office admin team member to our fast paced & constantly growing environment.

Who we are:

Kelly Richard Accounting & Consulting is an accounting and tax preparation company with head office in Fredericton, NB. We work with a wide arrange of small to medium businesses in many different industries providing Accounting, bookkeeping, tax and consulting services. We have grown quickly and need a friendly face to greet anyone who walks into our office and support the rest of the team in delivering excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities of office admin will include but are not limited to:

- Welcoming visitors and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

Accepting customer payments, scanning and filing client documents, updating client database for staff, ordering office supplies, and keeping the office tidy. A general knowledge of bookkeeping & personal income tax would be an asset but is not necessary.

During busy tax seasons, the responsibilities of the office admin would include answering or directing client tax inquiries in person, online or on the telephone, packaging returns once completed, contacting clients when taxes are complete, meeting with clients to get signatures and accepting payments and filing the income tax returns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 45 per week
