We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator and Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the office while ensuring efficient administrative and bookkeeping support.

Bookkeeping Support



Assist with data entry and maintaining financial records Help track accounts payable and receivable Support monthly bank and credit card reconciliations

Office Administration



Greet and assist visiting clients and guests Answer phones professionally Cover reception and respond to general inquiries Help manage office supplies and inventory Assist with document filing and record keeping (digital and/or paper) Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications & Skills



Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) Using Microsoft Office, mainly (Excel and Word) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
