Job Overview:
We are excited to offer a permanent, full-time opportunity for an Office Administrator Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is extremely well-organized, is detail oriented, friendly, enjoys working with numbers, excels at problem-solving, and is comfortable working independently after training. The successful candidate will perform a variety of bookkeeping and administrative duties and work closely with the Office Manager to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable
Payroll Entry and Submission
Invoice Generation
Conduct Monthly Reconciliations
Monitor and maintain office supplies
Collaborate with operations, management, and other office staff
Provide mentoring and supervision to junior office staff
Education & Qualifications:
Education or experience in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in Sage Accounting software
Experience in bookkeeping
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
