Our programs have over 25 years of operating experience and combined employ over 1000 individuals in the direct delivery of health and community care-related services. Our professional teams offer a diverse range of services including home support, residential care for children and youth, support for adults with I/DD, capacity development with indigenous communities, supervised access for families as well as private health and occupational health and safety services. Brightisle is local and fully owned by Seafair Capital.

What You'll Do:



Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner providing exceptional customer service. Maintain a welcoming office environment that is clean and organized Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Coordinate and facilitate internal communication and process regarding office traffic flow, for training and meetings Direct applicants appropriately Support internal meetings ensuring meeting rooms are prepped appropriately



Coordinate kitchen supply orders as needed
Assist with various administrative tasks Serve as member of office health and safety committee and aid

What You'll Bring:



Stellar communication skills with an eye for detail Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure A champion of organization



Someone who is highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)

Education and Experience?
