Job Description

We are looking for an office administrator to join our team!


Below is a list of some of the tasks you will be responsible for:

Process Customs documents in a timely manner Create customer invoices Regularly speak with vendors & customers via telephone and email Coordinate flower purchases [no sales] and transportation services [logistics] Work with sales staff to ensure customers orders are processed properly Entering of A/P invoices/matching packing slips to invoices Filing, general office duties Any other tasks assigned
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
