We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Saint John, New Brunswick.
Responsible for various admin functions for ATL; including mail and courier services, ordering supplies, catering orders, update bulletin board and all contact lists, distributing communications as necessary, etc.
Provide purchasing support by creating, reviewing, and issuing contract and non-contract POs and entering requisitions
Travel for office staff and backup for leadership travel
Technology admin tasks; tracking and submitting requests from staff and vessels, changing access, assist with new hires access and equipment
HR and other admin tasks as required
Proficiency with MS Office suite of products and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating with leaders, staff and seafarers
Excel in a fast paced work environment with a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent communication skills
Post-secondary education preferred
