Job Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting budgeting and payroll processes, and facilitating effective communication within the organization. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Oversee budgeting processes and assist in financial planning activities. Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping for employee hours and benefits. Coordinate human resources functions, including recruitment support and employee training development. Maintain vendor management by establishing relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts as needed. Operate and manage phone systems to facilitate effective communication within the office. Provide clerical support to various departments as required, ensuring all documentation is organized and accessible. Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements



Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Strong knowledge of budgeting principles and practices. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff and vendors. Experience in human resources practices, including training development, is desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
