The Office Administrator will support the Office Manager with day-to-day office tasks and support the promotion of our gymnastics programs, events, and community outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable balancing administrative duties with creative projects. Hours will vary depending on organizational needs, events, and project timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Office Support
a. Answer emails, phone calls, and general inquiries
b. Assist with filing, scheduling, and basic record keeping
c. Provide support for meetings and events
2. Marketing & Communications Support
a. Help manage social media accounts and create content
b. Assist with updating the website
c. Design simple promotional materials (posters, newsletters, posts)
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with Microsoft 365, Canva, and social media platforms
Good communication and writing skills
Ability to work independently
