is seeking a reliable and customer-focused
Office Administrator
to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service by making follow-up calls, collecting feedback, and encouraging 5-star ratings, while also supporting our day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for service follow-up, feedback collection, and 5-star review requests.
Assist clients via phone, email, and in-person with inquiries, requests, and service updates.
Maintain accurate customer records and complete data entry tasks.
Communicate effectively with both office and field staff.
Maintain polite and professional communication across all channels.
Other Office Administrative duties
Qualifications & Skills:
Fluent in English
, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service or office administration preferred.
Strong phone etiquette and ability to manage difficult situations calmly.
Proficiency with computers, data entry, and office software (Excel, Word, email, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
