The Office Administrator role is a temporary position (12-15 month term opportunity) with the possibility of an extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration of payroll function (i.e. running weekly pay, vacation tracking, production bonuses, etc.);
Processing employee transactions in our Human Resources Information Systems;
Supporting human resources, safety, and site administrator with various tasks;
General reception duties including answering phones ordering office supplies, greeting and directing visitors;
Reporting, organizing, filing, and document management
Qualifications:
Education Required: Minimum High School Diploma, college diploma preferred;
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment;
Well organized and detail-oriented
