Our team is looking for an Office Administrator to join our team! We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to perform a variety of administrative tasks for the Office, Woodlands, and Human Resources. Reporting to the Woodlands Controller, the successful candidate must enjoy fast-paced work environments, multitasking and have a keen eye for detail and organization.


HOURS OF WORK:

30 to 40 hours per week (negotiable), Monday to Friday, but may require extra hours as necessary.


WAGE:

$29 per hour plus benefits.


KEY ROLES

of this position include but are not limited to:


Assist Human Resources Business Partner with administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, etc. Prepare invoices and reconcile system reports to general ledger and other reconciliation as required Receive Load Tickets from log dumps, transfer tickets, make corrections in logging system and the Ministry of Forests Harvest Billing System (HBS) Sort incoming destination scale load/tickets, confirm correctness, import into LIMS, and process payments Manage and track Logging Contracts in the system Maintain Stumpage accounts, including processing invoices and monthly accrual preparation Enter and process wood/forestry payables (contractor reports, hauling top-ups and misc. payables) Compiling various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports Take directions from the Senior Woodlands Administrator on day-to-day tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:




Three (3) plus years of administrative experience Demonstrated Excel proficiency and MS Office expertise Strong organizational and time management skills High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to multitask Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Administration Diploma or Certificate is an asset Solid understanding of forest industry operations and associated terminology is an asset
