Job Description

We are an insurance brokerage dedicated to providing excellent service to our clients. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:



Forward policy documents to clients and maintain accurate records Assist with billing and collection processes Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner Provide general office support, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents Assist team members with day-to-day administrative tasks

Qualifications:



Previous office or administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience working in insurance industry is preferred

Important Note:


This is an in-office position only. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
