This is a full time Jr positions, with future room for advancement.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Taking Customers call preparing estimate and invoices
Responsible for purchasing / receiving / managing inventory
Assist with Receiving and processing of customer orders.
Assist with Office daily work load to ensure order fulfillment.
Prepare shipping documents & Update Customers as Required
Update and manage company databases.
Respond in a timely manner to vendor and customer inquiries.
Work with sales reps to manage inventories and open orders
Prepare shipping / customs documents for clearing
Attention to detail and multitasking is an essential requirement
Follow-up with payment and overdue invoices
Making sales calls, follow up is part of daily task
Assist with payroll processing and human resources tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies
Industry experience, a working knowledge of QuickBooks & MS Office, Previous Purchasing and Administrative Experience all would be an Asset.
Wages = $36,000 to $40,000 (starting at, Will depend on Experience, etc.)
