Job Description

Public practice CPA firm located in Surrey is looking for an office administrator / accounting assistant.
We offer training, relaxed office environment and few overtimes during tax seasons.

Duties:



Administration



- Handle general office duties

- Answer phones calls, emails and directing customer inquiries

- Process mails and courier

- Maintain office tidiness and supplies

- Maintain filing systems and storage archives

- Provide other administrative support as needed

Accounting


- Maintain firm workflow and status

- Publish completed tax return and financials

- Assist with GST, PST filings, WCB, payroll remittances, ROE

- Client onboarding, support and communication

- CRA correspondence and compliance

Candidate:



- Computer proficiency, such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook

- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
