Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. This includes handling phone calls, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing general administrative support.
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
-Assist in generating engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, and email newsletters to enhance our online presence and customer engagement.
-Expert in social media platforms such as Instagram, and Tiktok.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
Education: Bachelor Degree Required
Experience: 1 year less than 2 years
Immigration Case worker and Bookkeeping experience is an asset
