About the Role
We're looking for a
Client Experience & Administrative Assistant
to join our team part-time. This is a client-facing and communication-focused position -- perfect for someone who's personable, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping others feel welcome and cared for.
You'll play an important role in both
front desk operations
and
lead follow-ups
, helping clients book appointments, feel at ease, and experience the best of KAYU from the moment they connect with us.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in clients warmly, creating a welcoming first impression
Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and client communications (in person, phone, text, and email)
Handle payments, client records, and administrative support tasks
Conduct
lead follow-up calls and outreach
to help clients schedule consultations and treatments
Maintain the reception and common areas in a clean, calm, and professional condition
Support the team with day-to-day operational and organizational tasks
Perform other related duties or administrative tasks as required to support daily operations.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
Have
excellent customer service experience
(spa, retail, hospitality, clinic, or salon preferred)
Are naturally
pleasant, conversational, and professional
with clients
Communicate clearly and confidently -- both in person and over the phone
Are
comfortable making booking calls and helping clients schedule appointments
Stay organized, detail-oriented, and calm even when multitasking
Have a polished, friendly presence and genuinely care about client experience
Are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team environment
Schedule
Ideally Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
10:00 AM - 5:30 PM
