Our client is a small, growing public accounting firm based in Cochrane, AB, providing full-service accounting support to small businesses and individuals across Alberta. The team is known for its accuracy, professionalism, and supportive, collaborative work environment.

Position Overview



We are seeking a Junior Administrative Assistant to join the team on a part-time, contract basis from January to May, with the potential to transition into a permanent part-time role. This position is ideal for someone who brings a strong work ethic, humility, and integrity to their work.

Working closely with the Office Manager, you will play a key role in keeping the office organized, supporting the accounting team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations during a busy season. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a professional services environment and contribute meaningfully to a tight-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:



Scan, organize, and file client documents.

Draft and prepare engagement letters and other client correspondence. Copy, print, and manage office documents as needed. Provide general administrative support to the accounting team. Answer phones, respond to emails, and interact professionally with clients. Assist with data entry and maintaining client records.
