What you'll do
Greet clients and visitors warmly at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain up-to-date records in BrokerBay
Assist in calendar management by scheduling appointments
Handle and organization of documents to ensure easy access for team members.
Preparation of Real Estate Contracts
Collaborate with team members to streamline office management processes and improve efficiency.
Experience
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a real estate Brokerage
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with BrokerBay and Web Forms
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Prior experience in customer service or clerical positions demonstrating strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Typing proficiency and proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all communications.
Time management skills that allow you to prioritize effectively
