Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to emails in both French and English
Respond to and manage
corporate workshop inquiries
Create and publish class and workshop listings via
Squarespace
Sell and manage tickets for graduation shows via
Eventbrite
Update website content (via Squarespace)
Maintain class and event schedules in shared calendars
Respond to student inquiries and concerns with clarity and care
Follow up on student feedback or complaints by checking in with relevant staff
Coordinate logistics and prepare contracts for visiting workshop instructors
Create basic marketing materials using
Canva
(e.g., posters, social media graphics)
Collect and organize incoming monthly invoices
Support the Artistic Director by helping track deadlines, tasks, and to-dos
Track and report your own hours monthly
Who You Are:
Fully bilingual (French and English - written and spoken)
Professional, kind, and approachable in your communication style
Experienced with tools like
Eventbrite
,
Squarespace
,
Canva
, and
Google Workspace
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage tasks with minimal oversight
Comfortable managing deadlines and proactively following up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Based in the Montreal time zone and available for some communication during daytime hours
Bonus: experience working in the arts, with small teams, or in community organizations
