We are asset and cover across Canada, across border and around the world. Our clients come from the IT, electronics, medical, high-value specialty products and fine arts sectors.
The company recently opened a branch in Montreal to meet customer demand. We are looking for a person with proven experience in the transport sector for this position. The ideal candidate has experience in the transportation and/or moving industry and may include knowledge of dispatch or operations.
Main functions of the position:
Represent the company at front of house.
Handle customer emails and calls with professionalism.
Accurately enter booking information and process order data.
Create shipment bookings for dispatch to operate.
Provide tracking update between dispatch and customer as needed.
Support company sales, operations, warehouse and customer service.
Manage other general office administrative tasks as required.
Support business needs as needed.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and a leadership personality.
Able to take charge, make decisions and manage change.
Attentive to detail, assertive and motivated.
Solid administrative and organizational office experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluent in French and English.
Must have own vehicle to get to and from work on time.

Nous recherchons pour ce poste une personne possedant une experience averee dans le secteur du transport. Le candidat ideal possede de l'experience dans le secteur du transport et/ou du demenagement et pourrait inclure des connaissances en repartition ou en operations.
Fonctions principales du poste :
Representer l'entreprise a l'accueil.
Gerer les courriels et les appels des clients avec professionnalisme.
Saisir avec precision les informations de reservation et traiter les donnees des commandes.
Creer des reservations d'expedition pour la repartition.
Fournir des mises a jour de suivi entre la repartition et le client, au besoin.
Soutenir les ventes, les operations, l'entrepot et le service a la clientele de l'entreprise.
Gerer d'autres taches administratives generales, au besoin.
Soutenir les besoins operationnels, au besoin.
Qualifications :
Attitude positive et leadership.
Capacite de prendre des responsabilites, de prendre des decisions et de gerer le changement.
Souci du detail, assertivite et motivation.
Solide experience en administration et en organisation.
Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais.
Doit avoir son propre vehicule pour se rendre au travail a l'heure.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
