is a highly respected ocean NVOCC established since 1999 offering weekly LCL (less-than-container load) services worldwide.

We are seeking a full-time

Import Customer Service Representative

(

CSR

) to join our Import Team.

Responsibilities:


>Process information from origin agents and coordinate import shipments with
freight forwarding clientele.
>Prepare documents for de-consolidation and submit to Canada Customs.
>Distribute documents to Freight Forwarders and collect freight/destination fees.
>Coordinate container movement with the Sufferance Warehouse.
>Track and trace cargo; provide status updates to our Freight Forwarding clientele.
>Provide Quotes to our overseas Agents and Freight Forwarding clientele.

Qualifications:


>Must be a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident of Canada.
>Minimum two years of experience in Operations within with the logistics industry.
>Bilingual with the ability to speak and write in English and in French.
>Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills, and a team player.
>Detail oriented with ability to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously.
>Familiar with Canada Customs Import Process/e-Manifest.
>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Odyssey Shipping Ltd. est un NVOCC maritime tres respecte, cree en 1999, qui propose des services hebdomadaires de groupage (LCL) dans le monde entier.

Nous recherchons un representant du service clientele import (CSR) a temps plein pour rejoindre notre equipe import.

Responsabilites :

>Traiter les informations provenant des agents a l'origine et coordonner les expeditions import avec

la clientele des transitaires.

>Preparer les documents pour le degroupage et les soumettre aux douanes canadiennes.

>Distribuer les documents aux transitaires et percevoir les frais de transport/destination.

>Coordonner le mouvement des conteneurs avec l'entrepot de depot temporaire.

>Suivre et localiser les marchandises ; fournir des mises a jour sur l'etat d'avancement a nos clients transitaires.

>Fournir des devis a nos agents a l'etranger et a nos clients transitaires.

Qualifications :

>Etre citoyen canadien ou resident permanent du Canada.

> Au moins deux ans d'experience dans le domaine des operations au sein de l'industrie logistique.

> Bilingue, capable de parler et d'ecrire en anglais et en francais.

> Excellentes competences interpersonnelles et en matiere de service a la clientele, esprit d'equipe.

> Souci du detail et capacite a respecter plusieurs echeances simultanement.

> Connaissance du processus d'importation des douanes canadiennes/e-Manifest.

> Connaissances de base de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
