As ATB\xe2\x80\x99s next Occupational Health & Safety Disability Manager with People Places & Spaces, you\'re on a mission to support the health and safety of our team members by bringing to life a culture of safety and strong disability management across ATB.
Reporting to the Director, Occupational Health & Safety, the Disability Manager is responsible for overseeing all work-related injury incidents and claims. The Disability Manager is involved in consultations with compensation boards in the provinces that we work in, working with them to reduce ATB\xe2\x80\x99s overall lost time and returning team members back to pre-incident employment.
You will support all ATB team members from across Canada in managing work related injuries. Through your strong ability to build relationships and distill and translate complex problems you will work with team members, leaders and joint health and safety committees to build and foster a strong disability management culture at ATB. This
includes managing complex claims, completing injury and claim analytics, return to work plans, claim objections and supporting leaders and workers through the claims process.
