Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding service by taking orders, serving bottles and drinks, and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. Upsell premium products and bottle service with confidence and charm. Maintain a clean and organized section, including tables, VIP areas, and lounge seating. Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and security to keep the flow of the night smooth. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently. Stay upbeat, professional, and customer-focused -- even when the dance floor is packed!

Qualifications:

Previous serving or hospitality experience is an asset but not required -- personality and work ethic matter most. Smart Choices certification. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
