Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires a commitment to high standards of hospitality and cleanliness, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and meet our quality expectations.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks in designated areas, including, lobbies, and common spaces. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of debris, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Assist with custodial duties, including waste disposal and replenishing supplies as needed. Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction and address any cleaning requests promptly. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Uphold company policies and procedures while providing exceptional service to guests.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred, with an understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to hotel operations and cleaning standards.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
