Key Responsibilities:

Sort, wash, dry, and store Room and Food & Beverage linens to maintain like-new condition. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of laundry machinery, reporting any issues to Maintenance. Maximize laundry department efficiency by tracking linen and chemical cleaner inventories. Provide laundering services for items such as cooks' uniforms and mop heads for other departments. Handle lost and found items efficiently by reporting and delivering them to the Housekeeping office. Work with a cooperative team, ensuring effective communication and smooth operations. Be cross-trained to assist with other roles, including Houseperson, Room Attendant, and Night Attendant as needed. Develop confidence in decision-making to exceed guest expectations and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping environment is an asset.
